Up Late in Cincinnati
Wow, thanks to everybody for the good feedback on the day job problem! In addition to the posted responses on the blog, John Ott recommended the marketing book The Purple Cow which I intend to read, and my good friend Mark Duckworth hooked me up with a couple of interesting possibilities for part-time work. Maybe I would make a good "casual dock worker" operating a forklift...
Or it might work out for me to do some occasional assistance jobs for a sound and lighting company...
Of course, being stuck in a hotel at the moment (and a very nice one at that, courtesy of Northern Kentucky University), I apparently have nothing better to do at the moment than mess around on Photoshop. Man...I should go write a song or something...

PS Jodi wanted to keep the "W" candle holder, so my first EBay experiment is a TI-83 calculator instead. A bit more practical, I suppose. And it's already up to $1.25! Easy street, here we come...

I like this blog - what template is used? Thanks from a Child
Shoes info site.

It's called "Thisaway". I chose it from the standard ones that Blogger offers, and changed some colors and headers to match my website better. The original looks like this.

Did you know that you can profit everytime someone looks at your Blog.
A simple snipit of code put into your template will generate cash from Google's Adsense! I put it on my Blog yesterday. It was the very first Blog I had ever made and I made $32.00 with Adsense. ALL IN ONE DAY! Now I know why you see Google ads everywhere! Today will be twice that much. Take a look at my Blog, Click on a link or two and see if it's for you.
Hope you don't mind my intrusion.

Hey Zane
I like the new layout for your diary. You know I bet you could sell what is known as the "M" candle holder and get twice as much. Everybody needs a M not a W, besides its more stable.

@Kaija... Yeah, so I guess the TI worked out! I sold it for $69, just mailed it this morning. That was just practice---next up are a couple of guitars, an amp, and a digital piano...
@Ryan... Good suggestion! Or maybe I could break it into pieces and sell it as two "V" candle holders, and double my profit. So yes, I will be at Charlie's wedding---who is this girlfriend you are bringing?
@John... I know, it's probably 7 years old and I just sold it for $69. That thing really kept its value. I think they require them in a lot of classes still. Liked your blog!
