CMT
Hey folks! Just wanted to let you all know that I am the featured artist this month on CMT.com's "New Voices No Cover" section! It's really a neat section by the way, lots of other good independent music. We videotaped four songs with a live band at a CMT studio, and you can view them exclusively at http://www.cmt.com/music/new_voices_no_cover/
And check out CMT.com's "listening parties" while you're there---you get to listen to people's entire new CDs in high quality audio.Also, on a side note, I did drive 40 miles powered by waste vegetable oil today. Songs and videos were GREAT! Will these ever air on CMT? That would be cool if they aired some of these independent guys on air. Keep up the good work Zane!

Hey Luke! No, it doesn't mean I'm the man. It just means that a friend of mine recommended me to "the man" who is in charge of that part of the website. :)
Het Caleb! No, those videos will never air on the TV station. Maybe someday, when I have enough of a budget to shoot a real music video. I agree that it would be nice if they played a wider variety of stuff.. Z

I guess no one gave you the memo that says when you're on the NVNC website you are NOT to smile. I guess the independent musician scene hasn't been as good to those other guys. Good work Zane.

Zane...CMT is how I "stumbled" across you. So glad I did too! Now that you're winning all these contests, I hope you still come to Groton in Sep. so I can come see you! I really enjoy your music and have started to follow your "happenings". Best of luck. I look forward to paying outragously expensive ticket prices to come see you and support your career..hahaha.
