Calling all Zane Fans---VOTE NOW

I don't like online voting battles, because they're mainly just a marketing ploy to get e-mail addresses from people's fans. Unfortunately (most would say fortunately), I've gone and gotten myself into more than one. Because I don't want to bug you guys, I'm only telling you about the one where I have the BEST CHANCE to win the MOST MONEY. It's important money too---money that I will spend on giving my new CD a better shot at being heard by a nationwide audience.

Here's the deal...the John Lennon Song Contest picked "Hurry Home" as its Session 2 winner in the country category. They are accepting online votes from now until April 26th, and I just have to beat one other song (the winner from Session 1) to get $7,000 in cash and services. With 1,400 people on my e-mail list, I KNOW I can win if you all vote. It's basically like each one of you is giving me $5 just by voting---$5 that someone else is providing! John Lennon Song Contest Winner...Need Your Help Soon!

OK, so Kevin Bacon and his brother Michael were the celebrity judges for the country category of the John Lennon Song Contest that I entered a while back. Turns out they picked "Hurry Home" as the winner! For the record, Kevin's actual quote was, "It took me by surprise, it made me tear up at the end---everything a pop country song should be."
I automatically win some studio equipment and a gift certificate, but to win the next level prize I need YOUR VOTES starting March 15th. If I get more votes than the other country category winner, I get $5,000 and 1,000 CDs which would be HUGE for me right now because the CD is almost ready and I'm totally out of cash. I'll send out a couple of e-mail reminders during the two week voting period. I really appreciate every little vote that anyone takes the time to make---this is by far the best way for you to help make my long-awaited CD possible!
